At Budleigh Farm we offer our customers quality self catering accommodation. There are seven cottages available, all expertly converted stone barns with ample on-site parking space. Prices include heating, electricity, linen and towels - absolutely no hidden extras. The accommodation is fully equipped with smart TV and enhanced WirelessN Wi-fi. Short Breaks Available - three day minimum stay, please contact us for prices and availability.
Tea, coffee, milk and snack pack included - Nothing worse than arriving desperate for a cuppa. Don't worry, you will find a complimentary pint of milk in your fridge and tea/coffee by the kettle with a snack pack.
Tabletennis room - popular with our younger guests.
Lecture Room - with computer and projector, available for booking to groups staying in the accommodation. Please book in advance.
Outdoor Swimming Pool - heated by the biomass boiler, open May to mid September.
Laundry machines - We have a washing machine and tumble dryer available free of charge.

Discount per extra week booked: £30.00 for Flexi and Linney, £20.00 for the rest
Short breaks less than six days: cost calculated on a pro rata basis plus £80.00. 4 night minimum at Christmas.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Diner, Pin Train and JCB.
Special note: Self catering charges include: Heating via our biomass boiler; a pint of milk and the means of making tea and coffee on arrival; snack pack; towels and bed linen; digital TV; WiFi; electricity; fuel for the accommodation with wood-burners; heated swimming pool May to mid September (dates cannot be precise as they are weather dependent).
DOGS - up to two are welcome in the Link, Studio and Flexi but regrettably we are unable to accept them in the Linney, Granary, Stable or Range. Charge per week: £30.00 per dog. Other pets by negotiation. Owners are financially responsible for any damage caused.
We respectfully request that our guests do not come before 3pm on arrival day and they leave by 10am on departure day. This is to enable us to make the accommodation ready for the next guests.
